Each session focuses on rebuilding strength safely after pregnancy, with guidance and modifications provided throughout — so you’re never guessing or feeling rushed.
Class Details:
Mums & Bubs classes are held outdoors in a relaxed, welcoming environment and are designed to support mums at different stages of postpartum recovery.
Location: Memorial Park, Mortdale
Who: Postpartum mums (babies 0–18 months welcome)
Class style: Small group strength training
Experience level: No previous training required
What to bring: A mat, water, and anything your baby might need
