Try a Mums & Bubs Class

A gentle introduction to our outdoor strength classes for postpartum mums โ€” where babies are always welcome.

โ€ข No pressure โ€ข Babies welcome

Led by a prenatal & postpartum strength specialist who understands real recovery and real life with a baby.

What is a trial class?

A trial class gives you the opportunity to experience a Mums & Bubs session before committing to a block of classes.

  • One full Mums & Bubs class

  • No expectation to keep up

  • Breaks encouraged whenever your baby needs you

  • Suitable for different postpartum stages

This class is perfect for you if:

  • Youโ€™ve recently had a baby and want to move safely

  • Youโ€™re unsure what postpartum exercise should look like

  • You want to rebuild strength without pressure

  • Youโ€™d like to try a class before committing

What to expect on the day

Trial classes are run in the same calm, supportive way as our regular Mums & Bubs sessions.

  • A guided warm-up to reconnect with your body

  • Strength exercises designed for postpartum recovery

  • Modifications offered throughout

  • A relaxed, welcoming environment

Babies can be fed, settled, or held at any time โ€” thereโ€™s no pressure to push through.
