Frequently asked questions.
1. What is The P3 Movement?
The P3 Movement is a specialised prenatal and postpartum fitness service designed to help women feel strong, confident, and supported through pregnancy and beyond. We focus on safe, effective strength training tailored to every stage – whether you’re preparing for birth, recovering after, or rebuilding your fitness.
2. Do I need to have exercised before to join?
Not at all! Whether you’re brand new to fitness or already active, your program will be tailored to your starting point, your body, and your goals. We’ll guide you every step of the way.
3. Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
Absolutely – when done correctly. All our sessions are pregnancy-safe, designed around your trimester, and modified to your comfort. We work with your healthcare provider’s guidelines to ensure you and your baby are safe.
4. When can I start exercising after birth?
Every mum’s recovery is different. We generally recommend starting gentle movement after your 6-week medical clearance (or 8 weeks after a C-section). Our programs focus on reconnecting your core and pelvic floor before moving into more challenging workouts.
5. I have abdominal separation (diastasis recti). Can I still train with you?
Yes! We specialise in helping mums safely rebuild core strength and manage abdominal separation. Every exercise is modified to protect and support your recovery.
6. Do you offer online training?
At the moment, we work with clients in person only – so you’ll get hands-on guidance, real-time corrections, and personal support throughout your sessions.
7. Where are you located?
We’re based in the St George area in Sydney, offering personal training in a safe, supportive, and mum-friendly environment.
8. What should I bring to my session?
Just yourself, a water bottle, and comfy clothes you can move in. If you’re bringing bub along, we’ll make sure there’s space for them too.
9. Can I bring my baby?
You can bring your baby to our Mums & Bubs classes but we ask that you find care for your PT in gym sessions. We create a relaxed environment where mums can train without stress.
10. How do I get started?
Simply book your initial consult through our website or send us a message. We’ll chat about your needs, your stage of pregnancy or postpartum, and create a plan that works for you.
