I didn’t set out to build another fitness class—because fitness isn’t what mums are starving for right now.

Every week, I watch the exact same scene play out.

A new mum walks through the door quietly, clutching her baby bag in one hand and her little one in the other. She doesn’t know a single soul in the room. Before she even sets her mat down, she offers a quick, nervous apology—“Sorry if he gets fussy,” or “Sorry we’re running a few minutes late!”

Fast forward just a few weeks.

That same mum is walking in with a bright smile, calling out hellos. She’s chatting about sleep regressions, laughing through her sets, and watching her baby babble at the baby on the next mat over. When the workout ends, she doesn't rush out to the car. She lingers on the floor for another twenty minutes because she’s found her people.

That transformation right there? That is the entire heart of why I built The P3 Movement.

More Than Just Four Walls and Weights

I didn't want to create just another fitness class. Motherhood doesn't need another place with rigid rules, high expectations, and hidden judgment.

Postpartum isn’t just physically demanding—it can be intensely lonely, overwhelming, and isolating. You are navigating a completely new identity while running on two hours of broken sleep, and sometimes the hardest part of the day is simply getting out the front door.

I wanted to build the village every single mother deserves. A space where:

  • No one apologizes if their baby cries: Babies cry! It is completely fine, expected, and normal.

  • Feeding comes first: Breastfeed, bottle-feed, or dole out snacks mid-squat whenever your baby needs you.

  • Life happens: If you’re ten minutes late because of an unexpected blow-out on the way out the door, we just wave you in with open arms.

  • You can pause whenever you need to: If you only get through half the reps because your little one needs a cuddle, it still counts as a win.

Rebuilding Strength, Together

Yes, we lift weights. We focus on post-natal movement, safe core restoration, and getting your physical strength back. But physical fitness is honestly only half the story.

What we are really building here is a sanctuary. It’s a place where strangers turn into lifelong friends, where mums cheer each other on, and where babies grow up side by side on the workout mats. It’s the comfort of taking a deep breath, looking across the room, and hearing another mum say, "I've been there too."

We aren't meant to do motherhood in isolation. You deserve to leave a session feeling stronger, more confident, deeply supported, and—above all—a little more like yourself again.

Have you found your village yet, or are you still searching for it? We would love to welcome you and your little one into our Mums & Bubs family.
